The Burbank High School varsity girls’ tennis team lost at Crossroads High in Santa Monica 15-3 in its CIF Southern Section Division II opener on Nov. 1.
Bulldogs No. 1 singles player Daphne Harbaugh won a set, 6-2, No. 2 Mira Hammel recorded a 6-1 victory and No. 3 Sena Hammel added a 6-0 victory.
The Bulldogs finished the campaign third in the Pacific League with a 10-4 record (12-5 overall).
