The Burbank High School varsity girls’ tennis team opened the regular season this week against visiting Immaculate Heart High of Los Angeles; the nonleague matchup finished after the Burbank Leader’s press deadline and will be included in next week’s issue.
The Bulldogs will visit Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Cañada Flintridge for a nonleague matchup on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. before hosting Arcadia on Sept. 5.

The Bears will open Pacific League action at Pasadena on Sept. 5 at 3:30 p.m. before traveling to Arcadia on Sept. 7
