Officers were called to the location after a witness observed a man driving a truck and allegedly punching the front passenger at 6:05 p.m. on Dec. 23. The two were located nearby and the driver was placed under arrest for domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on $20,000 bail.

A man allegedly refused to leave a Lowe’s on Empire Avenue after exposing his genitals at 7:50 p.m. on Dec. 19. He was also allegedly wearing a jacket with a security sensor. He was arrested for indecent exposure and carrying a concealed weapon. A records check of the man revealed three outstanding warrants.

A man called police and reported that he was robbed at gunpoint. Police said he later admitted to making up the story so that he could get a ride to the train station. He was instead arrested in the 500 block of South Buena Vista Boulevard at 9:45 a.m. on Dec. 25.
