The Burroughs High School varsity boys’ volleyball team earned a thrilling five-set victory at Valencia West Ranch High, 25-23, 24-26, 23-25, 25-23, 15-13, in a nonleague encounter last Friday. No individual statistics were reported to the Burbank Leader.
Burroughs (7-3 overall record) is scheduled to visit Burbank in a rivalry matchup on Thursday, March 17, at 6 p.m.

The Bulldogs were edged in a five-set nonleague match at Encino Crespi High, 27-29, 25-19, 15-25, 25-21, 11-15, last Thursday. No individual statistics were reported to the Burbank Leader.
Burbank High (0-4 overall) is scheduled to host Burroughs on Thursday, March 17, at 6 p.m.
