The Burbank High School varsity boys’ tennis team narrowly lost to visiting Foothill High of Santa Ana in games, 9-9 (84-75), in the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division II playoffs on May 3. Individual results were not reported to the Leader.
The Bulldogs finished the campaign second in the Pacific League with a 9-3 record (11-5 overall).
