Burbank High School was represented by junior Ogden Lucsik at the CIF Southern Section Masters Meet at Moorpark High School on May 18.
Lucsik competed in the boys’ pole vault event and recorded a mark of 16 feet, which was tied by three other athletes for the second-best measurement of the day.
The Bulldogs junior will be the lone area athlete competing at the two-day 104th CIF State Track & Field Championships, which kicked off May 24 at Buchanan High School in Clovis.
