The Burroughs High School varsity girls’ soccer team suffered a 4-3 Pacific League loss at Pasadena on Jan. 19.
Junior Quiana Laughlin recorded two goals and one assist, while senior Jailyn Turner, senior Megan Harkins and sophomore Samantha Sizemore each one assist.
The Bears narrowly lost to visiting Crescenta Valley High of La Crescenta 2-1 in a league match on Jan. 23. Individual statistics were not reported to the Burbank Leader.
Burroughs (6-7 overall, 6-5 in league) will visit Muir High in Pasadena for a league game on Jan. 30 at 3:45 p.m. before hosting Burbank for its regular-season finale on Feb. 1.

The Bulldogs battled to a scoreless draw in their Pacific League match against visiting Pasadena on Jan. 23 after previously losing 7-0 at Arcadia on Jan. 19.
Burbank (6-5-2, 5-5-1) will host Hoover High on Jan. 30 at 3:45 p.m. before visiting Burroughs High for its regular-season finale on Feb. 1.
