The Burroughs High School varsity girls’ water polo team resumed Pacific League play with a home game against Hoover High of Glendale on Jan. 4; the game ended after the Burbank Leader’s press deadline and will be included in next week’s issue.
The Bears (4-6 overall, 1-0 in league) will visit Glendale for a league game on Jan. 9 at 3:45 p.m. before hosting Crescenta Valley High of La Crescenta on Jan. 11.
