Burbank Police Department Crime Log

 Officers were called to a scene in the 1000 block of Olive Avenue at 10 a.m. on Sept. 25 regarding a disturbance between a man and woman who were formerly in a domestic relationship. The ex-boyfriend allegedly drove his vehicle at his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in an attempt to cause harm. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and was placed on $30,000 bail.

Officers conducted a record check of a vehicle near Interstate 5 and Colorado Boulevard at 9:30 p.m. which revealed a felony want on the vehicle out of the Beverly Hills Police Department for a first-degree residential burglary. Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop of the vehicle and arrested the driver for possession of fraudulent IDs and burglary tools. He was placed on $20,000 bail.

An unknown guest at Residence Inn on 1st Street and Olive Avenue reported to police that two unknown subjects were inside his room at 1:53 a.m. on Sept. 20. Officers were unable to locate the guest to determine if a crime had occurred. The two men were located a few blocks away and arrested for other violations. They were each placed on $25,000 bail.
