A man was arrested after he allegedly forced entry into an occupied residential home in the 300 block of West Spazier Avenue at 7:50 p.m. on May 27. Reports stated that the man also threw a wooden plank at an elderly bystander and threatened to kill a police officer. He was arrested for burglary, assault, elder abuse, resisting arrest and drug charges. He was placed on $50,000 bail.

Police were called to a scene at 2:20 a.m. on May 23 after receiving witness reports of a possible hit-and-run. Responding officers located a nearby woman, who had apparently fled from the vehicle involved nearby. Further investigation revealed that a domestic violence incident occurred prior to the collision. The suspect, a man, was located and arrested for domestic violence and was placed on $50,000 bail.

A man was arrested after witnesses observed him masturbating in the parking lot of an Island’s restaurant in the 100 block of East Orange Grove Boulevard at 7 p.m. on May 29. Police arrived and detained the man. He was arrested for indecent exposure and was placed on $10,000 bail.
