A woman who allegedly spat at a security guard of a hotel in the 2900 block of North San Fernando Boulevard at 11:30 p.m. on March 28 was arrested and booked for battery and public intoxication.

After attempting to break into a residence in the 3000 block of Chandler Boulevard and failing to gain access, a man fell asleep on the patio of the home and was arrested at about 8 p.m. on March 30. The man was found to be in possession of narcotics.

Police were called to a Dunkin Donuts in the 200 block of Glenoaks Boulevard, where a woman had entered the business and told employees she needed help from police. She later told responding officers that she had been struck multiple times by her boyfriend who was across the street waiting for her. He was placed under arrest for domestic violence at 12:15 a.m. on April 1.
