The Burroughs High School varsity girls’ tennis team defeated visiting Hoover High of Glendale, 13-5, in a Pacific League match on Monday.
JBHS is scheduled to host Pasadena in a league matchup on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 3:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Bulldogs won a Pacific League game 16-2 over Pasadena on Thursday; no individual statistics were reported to the Burbank Leader.
Burbank High is scheduled to host Crescenta Valley in a league matchup on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 3:30 p.m.
