Witnesses contacted police regarding a naked man who was allegedly seen by a hotel employee masturbating in public view in the 400 block of San Fernando Boulevard at 1 a.m. on March 8. Upon the arrival of officers, the suspect was positively identified by the witness and placed under arrest for indecent exposure.

Police were called to the scene of Olive Avenue and Third Street regarding a “belligerent subject,” who was yelling and screaming in the middle of the street and threatening people in the area at 11:20 a.m. on March 5. The man was arrested for failing to follow officers’ instructions.
