I may not be a “horse person” and I may not live in Rancho, but I know horse manure when I smell it.
The Burbank City Council’s creation of a Rancho Development Plan, with a multimillion dollar price tag, reeks of entitlement. It’s an insult to residents of other parts of the city who constantly see this enclave and its desires elevated.
It’s the best argument that can be made for districted council seats. Rancho residents, your days are numbered.
P.S. to Ms. Geisenheimer … you aren’t reminding “the world” of a blessed thing … absolute nonsense.
