Burbank Police Department Crime Log

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Lake Street after observing vehicle code violations at about 9 p.m. on Jan. 30. A search of the driver revealed that he had a handgun concealed in his waistband, and a subsequent search of vehicle revealed several unregistered “ghost” guns and narcotics. The driver was also found to be allegedly driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested and booked on illegal weapons charges and drug possession charges. His bail was set at $50,000.

A man was arrested at a playground in the 1900 block of Grismer Avenue after he allegedly exposed himself to an unknown victim at about 10 a.m. on Jan. 27. He was charged with indecent exposure and placed on $10,000 bail.

Officers were called to a residential intersection near Wyoming Avenue and Lima Street at about 1 a.m. on Jan. 24 after a female driver collided with a parked vehicle and the wall of a residential building. She was determined to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for a DUI. Her bail was set at $15,000.
