It is with sad hearts we announce the passing of Steve Urbanovich.
Steve was born in New York in 1933 and was the youngest of four children.
He moved to California as a teenager with dreams of a job in the TV business. He started at Republic Studios in the mailroom, and it was there that he met the love of his life, Agnes. They married, bought a home in Burbank, and raised three children.
He retired from Warner Brothers in 1999 and took on earning a black belt in karate, spending lots of time at Carpinteria beach, and loving his 10 grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Agnes, in 2017. He is survived by his kids, Marybeth, Julie, and Jim and their spouses Matt, Glenn, and Rene. He had 10 grandkids and 12 great-grandchildren.
We will miss him greatly and are grateful for the wonderful legacy he has left us.
