Ticket Sold in Burbank Narrowly Misses Jackpot

By City News Service

Three SuperLotto Plus tickets with five winning numbers but missing the Mega number were called in the May 18 drawing, and one of them was sold in Burbank.

The tickets were sold at a 7-Eleven on Glenoaks Boulevard, a doughnut shop in El Segundo and a gas station in Moreno Valley, and each is worth $13,020, the California Lottery announced.

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in the May 18 SuperLotto Plus drawing, as was the case on May 22, too, which has pushed the estimated jackpot for Saturday to $38 million.

The numbers drawn on May 18 were 25, 27, 32, 35 and 37 and the Mega number was 22.

The drawing was the 30th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number are 1 in 41,416,353, according to the California Lottery.
