A man was arrested on charges of burglary, grand theft and drug possession after police apprehended him as he allegedly trespassed in a business near Magnolia Boulevard and San Fernando Boulevard at 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 13. According to police, the man broke into the business and attempted to steal a vehicle from the location.

A man contacted police after his girlfriend allegedly gained entry to his apartment and physically assaulted him at 3:20 a.m. on Feb. 17. She was arrested for domestic abuse and breaking and entering. She was held on $50,000 bail.

Witnesses reported a domestic violence incident to police at 11 p.m. on Feb. 19. Police investigation revealed the husband involved in the incident grabbed his wife by the neck, took away her phone as she attempted to call 911 and stood by the door, preventing her from leaving the room.
Officers determined the man was the dominant aggressor. The man was placed under arrest for spousal abuse and false imprisonment.
