The more than 600 members of the Burroughs High School’s Class of 2023 were lauded for their achievements at Memorial Field during a ceremony on May 25.
As the seniors anticipated their special moment on the field, Associated Student Body President Ever Huerta gave the opening welcome speech to hundreds of families and students filling the crowd. Principal Matt Chambers congratulated the class and gave his endearing speech to the students.
At the end of the presentation, Burbank Unified School District Superintendent Matt Hill presented the graduating senior class, with tremendous applause and cheers for the students.
