Bears Fall to Fullerton in CIF Semifinals

The Burroughs High School varsity softball team lost at Fullerton, 8-1, in a CIF-Southern Section Division IV semifinal game last Saturday.

Burroughs senior pitcher Stevie Dabbadie allowed eight runs (two earned) on five hits and eight walks with six strikeouts over six innings in the circle.

Sophomore Chloe Centeno registered a double and a run, and junior Alyssa Rosales produced an RBI for the Bears.

Burroughs finished the campaign as co-Pacific League champions with a 9-1 record (24-5 overall).
