Two men in a domestic relationship allegedly engaged in a physical altercation at 12:23 a.m. on May 8, which police said resulted in the visible injuries of both men. One man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence charges and was placed on $50,000 bail.

Officers attempted to stop a motorist for vehicle code violations at 11:10 p.m. on May 6. The driver, a male, allegedly failed to yield and officers pursued the vehicle. Eventually BPD officers requested assistance from the Highway Patrol, who stopped the vehicle in Santa Clarita off the 5 Freeway by the Santa Clara River. The driver was arrested without further incident and was placed on $75,000 bail.

A man was arrested after witnesses told police that he was causing a disturbance outside of Walt Disney Studios at 11:15 a.m. on May 3. Officers reported that the man showed objective signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. He was arrested and booked on charges of public intoxication and was placed on $250 bail.
