Born January 13, 1949, in Danville, Illinois; died April 2, 2023, in Burbank, California. Predeceased by his wife, Mary Ann, and daughter, Christine. Survived by this sister, Terry Hazlett, his brothers, Bill Putnam and Steve Lombard, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Alumnus of Bellarmine Jefferson Catholic High School (1966), UCLA (1970) and Loyola Law School, with a Bachelor of Science in political science and a Juris Doctor degree. Retired from the Internal Revenue Service in 2012 after more than 40 years. Viewing on Monday, April 17th, from 4-8 p.m. with Rosary at 6 p.m., at Valley Funeral Home, 2121 W.
