The 2024 commencement ceremony for the graduating seniors of John Burroughs High School took place at Memorial Field on May 23.
Despite overcast skies, the excitement was palpable as the graduates and their families and friends gathered with Superintendent John Paramo.
Student speakers included ASB president Paris Tesfu, senior class president Sophia Luna and valedictorian Gabrielle DeSimone.
After years of hard work, the Class of 2024, clad in the Burroughs red, received their diplomas.
