Burbank Police Department Crime Log

Police arrested two suspects allegedly involved in a rape that had just occurred in the early morning hours of July 14. The two male suspects who were still on the scene and were ultimately placed under arrest for several sex crimes at 1:47 a.m. on July 14.

Police responded to a domestic violence report involving a man and woman. The woman told officers she sustained injuries as a result of her boyfriend physically abusing her. He was arrested at 10 a.m. on July 17.

Loss prevention staff of a store in the 10900 block of Sherman Way contacted police regarding a known thief trespassing at the business. Officers arrived in time to locate the suspect, detaining him at 4:30 p.m. on July 11. A search of the suspect revealed that he was in possession of a substantial amount of fentanyl. He was arrested and placed on $50,000 bail.
