Terror Market Lives Up to Its Name

Traffic slowed in Magnolia Park on May 7, as various costumed spooky characters were seen walking down Magnolia Boulevard for a free horror and pop culture-themed gathering known as the “Terror Market,”  which attracted a crowd of about 200.

Blast from the Past owners Kathy and Larry Ross, known for their store’s unique collectible toys, comic books and miscellaneous items, provided use of their parking lot for the Terror Market event.

In the parking lot of Blast from the Past, attendees were hard to differentiate from the onlookers who appeared stunned by the horror-movie looks of the costumed guests.

Visitors found a cluster of booths filled with unique art, collectibles based on TV and movie-themed characters and homemade goods available for purchase.
