A man was arrested after witnesses observed him striking a woman in front of a business at 1:20 a.m. on Feb. 20. Officers responded, located the man and arrested him on domestic abuse and public intoxication.

Several witnesses reported suspicious activity in the 500 block of North Whitnall Street at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 17. Witnesses reported that a male suspect was allegedly jacking up a parked Toyota Prius. When officers arrived, they observed a missing catalytic converter from the vehicle, located the suspect and arrested him. He was placed on $20,000 bail.

Officers received a call for service reporting a man smoking an illegal substance and acting disruptive behind the police station located at 200 Third St. at 11 p.m. on Feb. 13. He allegedly displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for public intoxication. He was placed on $250 bail.
