The Burbank High School varsity football team (2-3 record) had a bye last week and opened Pacific Upper League play at Pasadena (4-1) this week. The game finished after the Burbank Leader’s press deadline and will be included in next week’s issue. Burbank will continue league action by hosting Arcadia this coming Friday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m.
