An intoxicated man entered a business in the 200 block of Lake Street and caused more than $1,000 worth of damages at 8:20 p.m. on June 9. The man was arrested for vandalism and public intoxication.

Authorities responded to a call of a mother-daughter scuffle at 1:59 a.m. on June 11. The daughter was arrested for elder abuse and intentionally detaining another person without legal right to do so after she pushed her mother, forcefully grabbed her mother’s wrist and held her mother hostage by holding on to her hoodie.

A homeless woman entered a private school facility without permission in the 100 block of East Tujunga at 8:30 p.m. on June 16. Officers found the woman as she left the facility and ultimately arrested her for trespassing.

A man struck his boyfriend and forcefully took the keys from his hand at 8:55 p.m. on June 16. The man was subsequently booked for domestic abuse and robbery. The man’s bail was set to $100,000.

A man exposed his genitals while changing on the sidewalk near Vanowen Street and Vanowen Place at 7:05 a.m. on June 11. The man was arrested.

A suspect attempted to steal a victim’s purse by using force and fear in the 1100 block of West Verdugo Avenue at 11:35 a.m. on June 13. The suspect was arrested and booked for an attempted robbery and two outstanding BPD warrants. The suspect’s bail was set to $50,000.

A man hit and pushed a victim to the ground at 3:22 p.m. on June 9. The man was arrested for domestic battery and intentionally failing to follow court orders.
