Airport Revives Nonstop Flight from Burbank to Atlanta

Nonstop service between Hollywood Burbank Airport and Atlanta International Airport via Delta Air Lines is back for the first time since 2020.

“We are excited to see the return of Atlanta service with Delta Air Lines,” Executive Director Frank Miller said. “This additional service is a positive step for the future of Hollywood Burbank Airport and nonstop service east of the Rockies.”

The daily Airbus A220-300 flights give Burbank travelers even more options. Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport serves as headquarters for Delta Air Lines and is a connecting hub where the airline operates more than 830 peak-day departures to more than 200 destinations around the world.

“By delivering more ways to access sought-after destinations throughout the U.S. West, we’re more ready than ever to take our customers on their next great adventures — with the service, reliability and convenience they’ve come to know and expect when flying Delta,” says Joe Esposito, senior vice president of network planning.

The Atlanta flights give Delta Air Lines a second destination from Burbank. Travelers can also fly nonstop on Delta to Salt Lake City.
