The Burbank High School varsity boys’ volleyball team defeated host Campbell Hall High in North Hollywood, 25-18, 24-26, 20-25, 25-22, 15-12, in a thrilling nonleague matchup last Wednesday. Individual statistics were not reported to the Burbank Leader by the Burbank coaching staff.
The Bulldogs (5-9 overall, 0-2 in league) will host Glendale for a league match on Wednesday, March 29, at 3:30 p.m. before hosting Pasadena on March 31.
BURROUGHS
The Bears lost at Arcadia, 15-25, 25-22, 25-20, 21-25, 15-12, in a Pacific League match last Thursday. JBHS previously lost to visiting St. Francis High of La Cañada Flintridge, 25-21, 25-16, 25-13. Individual statistics were not reported to the Burbank Leader.
Burroughs (3-6 overall, 0-1 in league) will visit Pasadena for a league match on Wednesday, March 29, at 3:30 p.m. before hosting Crescenta Valley High of La Crescenta on March 31.
