The Girl Scout Troop 167 alumnae of the 1950-1960s recently celebrated the 100th birthday of troop leader Tippi Chronert. Almost the entire troop honored Tippi for her milestone birthday. The former girl scouts went to school together from Stevenson Elementary to Delores Huerta Middle School, formerly known as Jordan Jr. High, and remained friends for more than 60 years.
