BPD Should Be Highlighted in National Night Out Coverage

The Aug. 6 edition of the Burbank Leader covered the National Night Out event in-depth, but why a picture of the City Council members?
Where were photos of the event itself, including pictures of Burbank Police Department personnel interacting with attending community members?
It is the BPD who organize and coordinate National Night Out, not the City Council.
