The 2022 city of Burbank summer concert series kicked off on the Fourth of July with a night of music, fun and fireworks, as seen from the Castaway Restaurant. The event included a flyover, an appearance by a military color guard that accompanied the national anthem, followed by “The Company Men,” a pop vocal group that covers Top 40 hits from the past eight decades, and “Soul of Broadway,” featuring Broadway and television star Terron Brooks.
