I can’t believe the city of Burbank is taking part in the proposed bus rapid transit project that will be eliminating lane “A” on one of its most traveled streets to make room for a bus lane.
I’ve seen this happen in the city of Los Angeles and I’ve watched people become angry and frustrated.
My question is how many members of Burbank City Council, Los Angeles City Council and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority take the public transportation system?
The majority of people who are going to be affected by this proposal drive their cars and do not utilize and will not be utilizing the public transportation system. Your proposal and your solution really needs to be rethought.
